Phyllis, a seasoned agent with over 30 years of selling and listing real estate in the Medford area, has a vast knowledge of property values from condos and town homes to farms, lakefronts and upper tier properties of a million dollars and over. She has the Fine Home Specialists designation with Prudential, Certified Residential Specialist, member of NJAR’s multi-million dollar club since 1984 and a Notary Public. Phyllis’ marketing skills have been appreciated by the hundreds of families she has served over the years, who have entrusted her with their most valuable asset.

Listing Specialist

Kelly, a licensed agent, manages the Bertsch Team and its daily operations. Since she has logged over 9 years of experience working with Valerie in Real Estate, you can be assured that all aspects of your transaction will be handled in a most professional manner. Glenda A. Selby

Glenda is a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience listing and selling real estate. She is also a New Jersey Notary Public. She has been a resident of Medford since 1979, and has extensive knowledge about our community. As The Bertsch Team’s Closing Coordinator, she manages all closing activities from Contract to Settlement. Glenda will work very closely with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, appraisers and most importantly you, thus achieving a smooth settlement for you and your family.  

Ann Walter, ABR
Buyer Specialist

Ann is a licensed Real Estate Agent and is the newest member of our team. She was formerly the Office Administrator in the Medford Prudential Fox & Roach Office, and has “hands-on” knowledge of all the steps involved in completing the sale and purchase of homes. Ann’s personal attention and commitment to our buyers is unwavering. She has lived in Burlington County for 30 years and is familiar with the various communities throughout our area. This makes Ann a valuable member of The Bertsch Team and committed to finding you that perfect home.
 

Dee Hall
Sales Associate 

Dee has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 25 years with a many faceted Real Estate background. She has worked in resale, condominium conversion sales, mortgage loan officer, relocation, new home sales, staging homes to sell, and now a Bertsch Team Buyer Specialist.
Dee also specializes in adult community sales and staging homes so they look their best possible for sale on the market. Being a long-time resident in the Medford area, Dee knows the area very well and can help you find the perfect home.
